About the Space

An infrared heated yoga studio in Westlake Village, about 10 minutes off the 101 between Thousand Oaks and Agoura Hills. When we're not teaching, the space is yours: private parties, corporate wellness sessions, workshops, sound baths, and content shoots. THE ROOM The whole space is 2,300 sq ft. The studio room is about 1,000 sq ft of open floor with hardwood floors, warm textured plaster walls, dimmable lighting, and a sound system you can plug into. No mirrors, no clutter, nothing on the walls to work around. The infrared panels can be on, off, or somewhere in between, so it works for a hot class, a gentle flow, a sound bath, a Pilates mat series, a breathwork workshop, a birthday flow with your 15 best friends, or a brand shoot that needs a clean, warm, minimal backdrop. Fits 25 mats comfortably. THE LOBBY An 800 sq ft reception and retail lobby with a glass front door onto the parking lot and natural light along one side. Good for check-in, a pop-up, a product table, a crew's staging area, or the cake-and-catching-up half of a party. Two fully equipped restrooms with showers. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Studio room + lobby + two restrooms with showers - Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters for up to 25 people - Bluetooth sound system - Infrared heat (optional; tell us your target temp and we'll have it ready) - Dimmable lighting - Tables in the lobby for food and drinks - Free parking right outside the door - A clean, quiet room; we turn it over between every booking GOOD FOR - Private events: birthday yoga parties, bachelorette flows, bridal-party sound baths, girls' night out, mom's-group meetups - Corporate wellness: team offsites, leadership retreats, client appreciation sessions. One of our teachers can lead it (add-on) - Private or semi-private yoga, Pilates, barre, breathwork, meditation - Teacher trainings, workshops, and continuing-ed sessions - Sound baths and small ceremonies - Film, photo, and content shoots: fitness, wellness, apparel, and lifestyle - Small wellness pop-ups and brand activations (up to 25 people) A FEW THINGS WE'RE NOT - A nightclub. Movement, wellness, celebrations, and production, yes. DJs and 50-person ragers, no. - A kids' party venue. Events are 18+, or the host is present and responsible for any minors. - Loud amplified music after 9 pm (we have neighbors). - A shoes-on space. Socks or barefoot on the studio floor. We're a working studio, so rentals happen around our class schedule: weekday early afternoons, most weeknights after 8 pm, and weekend afternoons and evenings.
