Welcome to the premier combat sports gym & training facility in Los Angeles. Our space includes an 18-foot boxing ring, 6 punching bags, 2 cobra bags, a speedbag, a double-end bag, 3 squat racks, an olympic weightlifting platform, a full dumbbell rack up to 65 lbs, single kettlebell rack up to 24KG, turf area with sleds, wrestling mats, Supercat Vertical Jump trainer machine, The Torque machine, 2 treadmills, 2 row machines, 2 bike machines, one assault bike. Trainers are typically coaching boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, muay thai and judo here at The Forj.
