Both hills have endless look out and view of distant mountains. They also have a Mojave Desert look. This location consisting of a large field, desert area with a endless camera view hills with sloped field back drops, 4 structures and 1 small tool building all on 29 acres with a 270' asphalt driveway, and a 700' dirt road that leads to tall 2 hills which both tops of the hills were graded and gravel flat and level. Both flat top hills have a 360 degree view of Agua Dulce, and a very high view of the buildings and property. 1) Building , referred to as the Large "Warehouse Building", can be used for any type of indoor reality show for example, music video, commercials, car building, cooking, dance, competition etc. This building is a rectangular metal warehouse building 40' x 100' with cement floors, a large metal mesh loft 12' x 40' wide x 9' off the ground, 2 over head rolling doors 12' wide, 2 metal entrance doors that are located opposite of each other. Ceiling is 16' tall at pitch, "plug-in"electric is 110 & 220 volts, (Craftsmen generator available), water spicket , over head florescent lights, 40' wide x 35' asphalt apron in front of garage door, bathroom located in next building 30' away. Our own private fire hose coupler located 40' away from this building for wet or raining filming. A modern 29,000 gallon steel water tank set high on our hill for high water pressure. Parking for at least 250 vehicles all located on 29 acres. 2) Building #2 is referred as the "Shop Building". It is a metal insulated building, cement floors, with a slight pitched roof and skylights. It has a loft 8'tall x 40' wide x 14' deep. Florescent lighting, "plug-in" 110 & 220 volt electric, full bathroom and kitchenette with rustic ceramic tile floors, hot and cold water. 2 rooms. One 8'x 16' with a double door side entrance and 1 metal door shop entrance and windows facing the shop. The other room is 12' x 14' and glass sliding doors. There is a 12' over head rolling garage door with a 40'x 100' cement slab out side in front of it. There is a metal rear exit door on the opposite side of the garage door. The fire hose coupler is located 35' away from this building for wet filming. 3) Building #3 is a metal "Corrugated Metal Shack 30' long x 8' wide x 12' tall. It has shelving inside which can be removed and 2 entrance doors opposite of each other. Lends its self to a creepy look or dress as needed. Has "plug-in" 110 volt electric and florescent lighting with cement floors. 4) large 4 car detached 40' x 50', 1 12' roll up door and 2 12' tilt doors and cement floors. Electric is 110V & 220V. (pictures to follow). Small tool room wooden building with cement floors,18' x 7', has "plug-in" 110V electric and florescent lights. 50s look,(pictures to follow). You can dress all buildings and property any way you need. THIS IS A PRODUCTION FRIENDLY LOCATION.
