Step inside a fully immersive, Victorian-themed speakeasy located within a 20,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility in Riverside County. This versatile 3,000 sq. ft. venue is available for filming, special events, pop-ups, experiential activations, meetings, photo shoots, live performances, and private functions of all kinds. The main room is a richly themed speakeasy featuring detailed Victorian décor, ornate ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting, wallpaper, and warm period lighting. The bar seats four and includes a working sink, icemaker, refrigerator, wine fridge, and disposal. Additional seating includes a table for four and a booth for four, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests plus performers and staff. A small stage and high-end microphone are included, along with a full sound system and theatrical lighting. The space also features dynamic stained-glass-style windows with hidden monitors behind them—capable of displaying rain, city scenes, custom content, or simple backlighting to match any mood or filming need. The bar also includes a double-sided mirrored panel with video capability, perfect for special effects or cinematic reveals. A unique ticket-window photo-op sits at the entrance, and a small backstage area provides space for talent, props, or equipment. There are no sound restrictions, as the speakeasy is located within a commercial warehouse zone. Upstairs, a fully themed faux hotel corridor includes multiple decorative hotel doors and a full-size hotel room (unfurnished) that can be easily dressed for any production. All areas maintain the Victorian theme. A whimsical slide connects the upstairs hallway to a basement-style room that opens into the speakeasy—excellent for creative filming angles or immersive event flow. This industry-leading themed fabrication company has worked with clients such as Disney, Universal Studios, Legoland, Fox, and more. On-site, we can provide custom set dressing, scenic fabrication, prop building, themed construction, and event support as needed. Caterers may use the warehouse or conference room areas for prep, and the facility includes bathrooms and 40+ parking spaces directly outside.
