About the Space

We provide everything you need for your shoot including props, set dressing, styling tools, lighting and more. The studio is conveniently located on the first floor of an artist-filled building in East Williamsburg, a five-minute walk from the Grand L station. Our efficient layout provides you with multiple spaces to shoot including a funky, eclectic 1970s living room layout, 107" seamless background paper rolls on the opposite wall, and a 53" roll opposite the windows, for a quick pulldown headshot or clean product shot. Your booking time includes set up, break down, and clean up. If you need more time, send a message. If you are not out of the studio with the door shut and locked within 5 minutes of your booking end time, you will be charged for an additional half hour. If you are not out of the studio within 30 minutes of your end time you will be charged the additional time at 1.5x the hourly rate. You can move décor items from the shelves - BE CAREFUL and put everything back where it was. If you move the bar cart - remove everything from the top first. You will be charged up to $1000 for breaking any studio rules or leaving the studio in any condition other than ready for another booking. NOT ALLOWED NO Pets NO More than 10 people in the space without prior approval Smoking without prior approval NO Excess alcohol consumption NO Moving the bookshelf, couch or other large pieces of furniture Removing or rearranging of any wall art Burning candles, incense, smoking, or use of fire in any way Use of glitter, paint, fake blood, fog machine or other hard to clean materials without prior approval Do Not Obscure Security Camera Angles DO NOT ENTER THE LOFT SPACE UP ABOVE - you are not permitted to have any person in the above loft area or pull down the stairs to the loft for any reason - if you enter the loft space during your booking you will be fined up to $1000 ALLOWED Nudity Alcohol (not to excess please) Music (not loud and do not leave on when you leave) Smoking inside the building is permitted for a $75 fee and prior approval Allowed ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL - if you do not request approval for the following activities you will be charged up to $1000 Fog/smoke machine - $50 cleaning fee Burning candles/sage/incense - $10-$50 cleaning fee Smoking inside the studio - smoking is allowed with permission and a fee of $75 Pets/animals If you smoke or burn anything (candles, incense, prop cigarettes, etc.) without prior approval, you will be fined up to $1000 WHEN YOU LEAVE Take your trash with you Close all windows and doors Turn off lights Turn off A/C or heat Return lighting equipment and C-stands Return backdrops to original set-up Return furniture to original set up
