About the Space

Nestled in about 5,000 square foot factory originally constructed in the 1950s and remodeled in the 1960s, our warehouse and office space harmoniously blend vintage charm with industrial functionality. The front of the building exudes a nostalgic vibe, featuring four cubicles adorned with carpeted walls and vintage glass block windows. Classic filing cabinets enhance the retro office atmosphere. The warehouse itself is a spacious open area with high, exposed ceilings that create a sense of airiness. It houses several rows of industrial shelving, efficiently stocked with inventory. We are equipped with three load bays, each fitted with garage doors, one of which includes a loading dock for seamless logistics. In addition to the warehouse, we have a showroom displaying a variety of windows and doors, catering to diverse tastes and needs. Our conference room provides a professional setting for meetings and presentations. For convenience, we also offer separate men's and women's bathrooms. The exterior of our location features both a front and back parking lot, ensuring ample space for visitors and staff. Additionally, there is a sand pit and an area for empty skids, enhancing the operational functionality of our facility.
