About the Space

Please note: additional times and days may be available upon request. A new and spacious, currently operational retail storefront, located across from a beautiful park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This retail space includes two floors, with 600 square foot of retail and 900 square feet of basement space and is available for use a location for film and photo shoots empty of merchandise or with it for an additional fee. Wonderful sunlight basks the space on early afternoons though blinds may be closed for full privacy. Gallery white walls and custom made wood and marble furniture. Distinctive German and British lighting fixtures reach from the original tin ceilings toward polished concrete floors and an oversized graphic vintage rug. Two fitting rooms and upstairs bathroom provide useful storage, changing, and staging areas. Second level is fully finished basement with photo studio, office and empty bonus space useful for setup, storage, holding, video village and provides additional bathroom and egress to street. Please contact us with any questions at all and to share details of your particular usage as listed rate refers to a space delivered empty. Additional days and times may also be available for alternate rates. Merchandise and photo equipment is available for use, but not included in listed rate. During any use, attendant will remain on site and out of way for your convenience. Rate and minimal rental period may be be lowered for use as holding only.
