About the Space

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $180/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $330/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $750 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee We require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your headcount increases. Please plug in your crew numbers to calculate your base rate in the Giggster widget. Someone from our team will be on-site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large-impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. Payment Policy: All location fees and the security deposit are due ahead of your shoot start time. Supplies: All productions are responsible for bringing their own supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) and for removing all garbage after the project has wrapped. Content Policy: Our content policy prohibits nudity, sexual content, violence, blood/gore, anti-religious imagery, etc. If you are unsure whether your project complies with this policy, please inquire directly. Violations of the content policy may result in your shoot being interrupted or shut down, along with the forfeiture of your security deposit. This unique NYC Film Location with many interesting corners suits an inspiring aesthetic. This location offers a variety of different spaces spread out over multiple floors. All rooms have a unique, vintage, and raw feel that is hard to find in New York. The building looks very untouched and dates back to the day. Blended with an abundance of natural light, every color seems to fall perfectly in balance in this location. Combined with the amount of natural light, this space will help you realize your creative vision for your project. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Upon booking this location, it is required to sign a Location Agreement. No one will be permitted on set until this Agreement is signed. No nudity whatsoever. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator if they have any heavy EQ. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’.
