Additional renovated period bungalow, organic garden/banquet/gathering space, 1200 sq. ft. clear span garage available with advance notice; additional pricing in whole or in parts on case by case basis.     Joe is very student friendly and a pleasure to work with! Can’t thank him enough for allowing us to rent out this space for our film. One of the most unique locations you’ll ever find. Our on site contact Wendy could not have been any nicer or better to work with. Very accommodating and extremely helpful. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for this type of location.     Great spot for our industrial themed fashion photo shoot! We shot mostly in the pump house warehouse which was the perfect backdrop for the look we were after. The host and his onsite team made everything very easy including recommendations for a great lunch spot down the street.

    My husband and I are starting a theater company and thought this would be the perfect place to hold auditions - we weren’t wrong! The spot is well maintained, excellently decorated, and could easily be named the coolest spot in Whittier! The acoustics are also fantastic btw. 10/10 would recommend and hope to hold events or rehearsals here in the future.

    We did a photo shooting there and the location was great. Only thing which was a bit confusing, is that on the pictures you see 3 different complexes but we only had access to the first one.
