A private dressing area and bathroom are included in the booking fee for your crew’s convenience, making setup and shoot days seamless. Max capacity: up to 20 people Note: There is unlimited street parking available, plus use of the private driveway. Please note that the driveway is only 8 feet wide and suitable for small trucks or compact vehicles. However, there is always ample parking on the block during the day.
