Crew and Cast loved the space and location. Parking was a little bit tricky but got the hang of it on the second day. Ray had also provided instructions on where to park. Ray is a great host, she had let me scout the location a couple of weeks beforehand to make sure the space worked for the film. She responds back at a timely matter. There was a small hiccup the first day but nothing that would deter me away from wanting to work with her and her space again. Because of the small mishap she had let us stay a little longer for our shoots and discounted us. Overall she is a great host and of course the spot was superb!

Couldn't have asked for a more gracious host than Ray. Her location is so cool and provided a great backdrop for our shoot. The styling in the space is exactly as pictured, so there were no surprises upon our arrival. Parking is a little tricky, but Ray had us prepared with detailed parking instructions and maps - so no problem there as long as you follow the directions. We even had a mishap with our food props delivery prior to the shoot where the DoorDasher showed up an hour early and Ray was there to help us out (which really saved the shoot - I'm not sure what we would have done otherwise). Know that if you're shooting in the summer, it can get pretty warm. There is AC in the space, but with multiple people running a production, it can get toasty. All in all, great experience. Wouldn't change anything. Thanks Ray!

OMG this place is beautifull!! From the breathtaking views of downtown to the stunning scenery of Cal State, everything about this location is picture-perfect. And then you step inside—wow. Ray has decorated the space with the most whimsical and unique pieces I’ve ever seen. Every turn revealed something new, fun, and eye-catching, which brought our photos to life in the most magical way. But it wasn’t just the location that made the experience special—Ray herself was incredible. So kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made booking a breeze, gave us easy directions, and made sure we felt comfortable navigating the property. She truly went above and beyond, and it made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a space that’s both beautiful and full of charm, with a host who genuinely cares—this is it.
