It’s perfect for photo shoots, filming, meetings, private events, or just vibing with good music and better company. Unique touches like our cigar lockers, moody poker room, and themed hookah zone set the tone — every corner has character. The energy? Grown, artistic, and unapologetically South Side. This 1,000 sq ft creative lounge space blends comfort, character, and versatility. Divided into two sections — a 500 sq ft storefront-style front room and a 500 sq ft lounge — it’s perfect for photo/video shoots, podcast sessions, pop-up events, or private gatherings. The space features moody lighting, curated decor, and a layout designed for both content and connection. Smoking is fully allowed throughout the lounge, making it an ideal setting for cigar-friendly shoots, lifestyle content, or chill private events. The space includes a kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, cooler, and access to coffee cups and vintage tall glasses. Guests may bring their own alcohol and food. A clean bathroom is available and sanitized daily. Tech amenities include two TVs, a projector, Bluetooth speaker, and all major sports and fight nights available to stream. A DJ is allowed, but music must remain at a respectful volume. The space accommodates up to 20 guests and requires a 4-hour rental minimum.
