House has tons of original details and hasn’t been materially updated since the 1920s. Would be great for a period piece or horror film (sounds welcoming right?). Located on quiet dirt road, with ample fields, ponds and woods around. 20mins to Oneonta or Cooperstown. Power and water on site.
