About the Space
If you need 12 different looks in one location with PLENTY of parking for trucks and cars then you found your place. This is a HUGE authentic 70’s house with opportunities around each corner. Hot tub, Pool, Unique Furniture, and a FULL wet bar with wood paneling! The carpet is currently burnt orange not beige in the sunken den. There is no street cleaning on our street so there is unlimited parking all times of day. I’m a designer for film myself and have lots of options to chose from if the look needs to be changed. EPIC opportunity to get unique looks.
