The location offers a number of unique photo and filming sets, all within a five-acre. The entry is a stunning double ranch gate with a large custom metal cutout featuring the ranch's logo. The morning sun shines through one direction with the evening sun providing an altogether different perspective. At any times it is quite a spectacle. Coming through the gate, you immediately see the mirror-like 31-foot 1975 Sovereign Land Yacht. The iconic curved body is marked by its high quality "aircraft grade" aluminum alloy, and this one sports a professional polish to further elevate its shine. We guarantee you'll take a deep breath! Airstream marks the most popular yet most expensive line of travel trailers. A vintage spectacle, one is taken back to the time when the iconic Airstream company shaped a symbol of Americana and American-made products. Yet, the image has never tarnished. Approximately 70% of Airstream travel trailers ever built are still on the road, and today they are still wildly popular. The Sovereign is situated in front of a stunning white-rail fence and "turnout" area of the ranch that is undeveloped. The backdrop includes large oak trees, native vegetation, and huge rounded boulders, making for a rugged yet curiously calming setting. Just beyond is a magnificent view of the summits of Black Mountain. Our location is unique because we are fully fenced in & have a separate turnout space for horses, alpacas, and other animals representing our rescue mission. Two smaller vintage trailers, vintage cars, and beautiful solid oak-railed fencing structures are all close by for additional location opportunities.
