Step back in time with The Matterhorn A-Frame! Two giant outdoor patios and outdoor zen rock garden with multiple seating. Inside you will be amazed by the grand entrance. The doors are one of a kind with hand carved beauty. The floors are original with colors of the 60’s and 70’s. Your mouth will drop at the gorgeous stone fireplace in the main living area and an original MALM mid century fireplace in the sunken den! Here you will find a full wet bar and vintage sectionals surrounded by grooved wood paneled walls! We also have an original 1963 Jukebox! Not to forget the upstairs bedroom! Gasp at the backdrop of a wall to floor smoked glass a-frame that frames the glorious pines of Lake Arrowhead! All this nestled on .26 acres! Parking is no issue. I have a giant lot less than a half mile away for your P.O., MOHO’s or crew parking.
