The Vineyard Casita is a standalone vintage house with a gorgeously renovated interior. It has a gourmet country kitchen with an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances (including a Sub-Zero refrigerator), dark granite countertops, light painted wood cabinetry with rooster hardware knobs. There is an island in the kitchen and the kitchen opens up to the living space. There are garden views all around and a large paver patio and walkway leads into the Casita. The Casita has large Anderson glass doors providing a floor to ceiling views of stunning mountain views, and palm trees, paver patios and walkways to the poolside paradise, and the Casita also looks out upon the zen garden area.
The Casita has high ceilings with dramatic iron support beams.
Religious or Faith: The Casita has a decorative window with a hanging cross in it toward the top of the roof pitch.
Billiards or Game Room: The Casita has a beautiful stained glass antique billiards light hanging from the center of the room. Therefore, the space could be staged with a billiards table or as a game room.
Bungalow / Cottage / Vacation Rental theme: The Casita is set up with an iron queen sized bed and end tables, and antique hutch, dining table and chairs, HDTV and portable fireplace. The Casita looks out on the mountains and has gorgeous stunning mountain views as the sun rises and sets.
There is a large parking area at the ranch that can be used for trailers and equipment. Please confirm your needs ahead of your shoot date to confirm whether we can accommodate all of your necessary equipment and vehicles.
