Grand front doors open to a private courtyard sanctuary with designer furnishings, mosaic glass tile pool and lush tropical landscaping. Interior contains original elements such as a spiral staircase with custom Murano glass chandelier, woodwork, stained glass windows, etc. The home has been published multiple times and is ready for your next commercial production. We do not allow events of any kind, and no animals. Easily accessible and ample parking available. Certificate of Insurance is required for all bookings. Production insurance is also available via Giggster for a nominal fee.
