One of a kind historic landmark in the heart of Coral Gables in the Italian Village. Villa Palmarito was originally built in 1927 as one of the Italian villas. Grand front doors open to an inner courtyard sanctuary with designer furnishings, mosaic glass tile pool, and lush landscaping. Inside you’ll find original elements such as a spiral staircase, woodwork, stained glass windows, etc. The entire first floor is outfitted for entertaining with bedrooms upstairs. This award winning home has been published multiple times and is ready for your next production. Certificate of Insurance is required for all bookings. Production insurance is also available via Giggster for a nominal fee.

We absolutely loved our experience at Villa Palmarito. The property is beyond expectations, truly stunning and the perfect setting for our campaign shoot. Weston, was an absolute delight to have on set. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. Highly recommend!!!!!
