Ein 6000qm großes Naturgrundstück 50km südlich von Berlin direkt am Großen Zescher See wartet auf Sie zur alleinigen Nutzung! Ein eigener Privatstrand mit Badesteg, eine 600qm große Liegewiese am Seeufer, eine 400qm große Luxusvilla, ein 200qm großer Veranstaltungsraum (direkt auf dem Grundstück) mit modernster Video- und Tontechnik und sanitären Anlagen sowie zahlreiche natürliche Freiflächen werden Ihren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machen. Die Luxusvilla als Highlight auf dem Grundstück bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick von der riesigen Südwest-Terrasse und einen direkten Zugang zum See. Auf 3 Etagen finden Sie Schlaf- und Wohnmöglichkeiten für bis zu 20 Personen. Ab 2023 werden weitere 20 exklusive Zimmer mit Doppelbetten zur Verfügung stehen. In fußläufiger Entfernung bieten wir größeren Gruppen von bis zu 100 Personen zusätzliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. Ausreichend Parkplätze und kostenloses Highspeed-WiFi sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

The luxury villa as a highlight on the property offers a breathtaking view from its huge south-west terrace and direct access to the lake. On 3 floors you will find sleeping and living facilities for up to 20 people. Another 20 exclusive rooms with double beds will also be available from 2023. Within walking distance, we offer larger groups of up to 100 people additional accommodation. Ample parking and free high-speed WiFi are also available.
