This encompasses yourself, your team, vendors, movers, caterers, crew, talent, hair/makeup, clients, guests, and any others present. It is an inspiration for photographers, directors, content creators and anyone seeking organic harmony. Magnificent in proportion, the residence is created for living and entertaining on a grand scale. 3 kitchens, 3 bars, heated infinity pool & spa, sauna, steam room, Gym, Cinema, Wine Cellar. Tons of space, natural light, open flow with high ceilings. Perfect for Influencers & Content Creators.The spacious kitchen allows for great entertaining, being equipped with professional appliances, and open to the dining area as well as the outdoor area on the patio. IN-HOUSE CHEF & CATERING SERVICE: We take pleasure in offering our in-house chef and catering services. HOUSE RULES: 1) NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES, WEDDINGS, MUSIC VIDEO SHOOTS, DJ SET UP or SPEAKERS. 3) RENTAL CONTRACT: To finalize the reservation, You must complete the process by signing our rental contract through DocuSign. 4) REQUIRED SITE REP FEE: A Site Rep fee will be charged for all shoots/events, flat rate $250. Our property manager is always on premises and is available to assist you throughout the production/event, he makes sure everything goes smoothly. 5) REQUIRED INSURANCE (COI): The Guest will need to submit a General Liability Insurance and 3rd Party Property Damage Certificate and showing homeowner’s name and the property address as additionally insured/ certificate holders. 6) HOURLY RATE: The rates are determined by factors such as number of attendees, crew size, duration, and more. We work on a per-project basis and welcome inquiries. Our goal is to provide professional and accommodating service tailored to your needs. 7) OVER-TIME: Start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of our stated hourly rate. Be sure to plan for any set-up and take-down for decorations and vendors. All bookings must conclude by 10pm. 8) REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: The security deposit amount can vary, but it frequently amounts to half of the location fee. 9) PARKING: Easily accessible wide street with plenty of parking.
