Our venue is meticulously maintained weekend home. Wide open spaces in ground floor area allows for easy access. Lot directly on canal with ocean access. Venue is traditional Key Largo home look, with open bottom and living quarters elevated on second floor with elevator access. Home includes crows nest point with views of bay and ocean perfect for sunset and sunrise surrounding area panoramic views. Impeccable landscape with lush and local plants and flowers on limestone ground and fixtures. Pool in yard gives overall hotel like feel. Downstairs room perfect for guests or talent. Dead end street ideal and ample parking. House is on the water… out door of property is perfect for intimate wedding, proposal, anniversary…includes a roof top sun deck on third floor and a suite for talent/makeup room/bathroom/ wardrobe. House is only 1 hr from Miami.
