Our venue is meticulously maintained weekend home. Wide open spaces in ground floor area allows for easy access and movement of cameras and equipment. Lot directly on canal with ocean access, so can be used along with ocean based shots if needed. Boat access and parking for vessels up to 50 feet. Venue is traditional Key Largo home look, with open bottom and living quarters elevated on second floor with elevator access. Home includes crows nest point with views of bay and ocean perfect for sunset and sunrise surrounding area panoramic views. Impeccable landscape with lush and local plants and flowers on limestone ground and fixtures. Pool in yard gives overall hotel like feel. Downstairs room perfect for office space or talent trailer. Dead end street ideal for shooting street scenes and ample parking. House is on the water… only out door of property can be used including the roof top sun deck on third floor and a suite for talent/makeup room/bathroom/ wardrobe. House is only 1 hr from Miami.
