It also features a beautifully open kitchen with all brand new appliances: a 6 burner + griddle/grill gas range stove, double oven, dishwasher, Samsung Smart Fridge, and a 46 bottle wine fridge. Also, an 11ft island! The PERFECT place to film a cooking program, or host a cooking class! The backyard can be seen through the 5-panel panoramic glass doors, from the moment you step through the front door of the home! Front yard features olive trees and a round-a-bout driveway that can fit up to 4 vehicles. Backyard features olive trees & a wood fence. The space includes use of the: Sunroom Living Room Dining Room Den Kitchen Laundry room 3 Bathrooms 1 Bedroom (only for wardrobe, hair/makeup, etc. Not for filming) Available for immediate bookings!
