About the Space

Welcome to our vibrant creative and production studio in Toronto, a versatile space designed for collaboration, inspiration, and exceptional acoustics. Built using sustainable building techniques, this safe, accessible, and inclusive loft is ideal for a variety of uses, including photo and video shoots, intimate showcases, listening parties, talks, and offsite meetings. The studio boasts tall windows that flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for both daytime and evening events. Enjoy the great-sounding vinyl player, stereo amplifier (with aux), and speakers, while keeping noise levels neighbor-friendly during office hours. Amenities include a sink and catering prep area, bathroom access within the building, and flexible furniture arrangements (excluding DJ equipment). Additional equipment can be provided upon request, and plenty of storage space ensures a clutter-free experience. For events serving alcohol, a $55 fee applies for an S.O.P or can be arranged independently by the client before booking confirmation.
