Overtime is charged by the hour and subject to availability. Any additional hours must be approved and paid onsite in advance. 👥 Guest Capacity & Conduct Maximum guest capacity is 130. Guests must remain within the rented area (indoor lounge and/or outdoor patio). Children must be supervised at all times. No loitering in hallways or common areas. 🪄 Decor & Setup You may bring your own décor, but no nails, screws, tape, glitter, or confetti. No open flames or sparklers without prior approval. All décor and items must be removed at the end of your booking. 🍽 Food & Alcohol Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Alcohol is permitted only with prior written approval and must be served by a licensed bartender. No underage drinking. 🔊 Noise & Music Music is allowed indoors and on the patio until 9:30 PM. Please keep noise to a respectful level to avoid disturbing neighbors. DJs and live music are permitted indoors only. 🧼 Cleanup & Damages A $250 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins. Any damage or missing items will be billed to the renter. A $500 refundable security deposit may be required. 🚭 Prohibited Activities No smoking or vaping indoors or near entrances. No illegal activities or dangerous behavior. No ticketed public events without prior approval.
Incredible space for when you need and office location that leans on the creative side, or open office design. And great color palette to boot. The owner was easy to talk to, to schedule with, and accommodating. Would definitely rent again!
