About the Space

Our space is an inviting, modern 650 sq. ft. spot perfect for anyone looking for a space with a bit of character. We’ve kept the look clean and high-contrast, featuring a warm exposed brick wall and globe lighting that’s great for photoshoots, content creation, or business pop-ups. We also have a signature greenery wall with a pink "Life Is A Par-Tea!" neon sign that makes a great backdrop for celebrating birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, or graduation parties. There’s a sleek wood-top bar that works perfectly as a catering station, and a large center island that’s the ideal spot for cutting a birthday cake, setting up a buffet, or displaying gifts. With high ceilings, the space feels open and is easy to access. We'll have a staff member on-site to help make sure everything runs smoothly, and you're welcome to include anything from our signature drinks and beverages to our steamed bao buns, mozzarella corn dogs, pho, and banh mi sandwiches as part of your event.
