About the Space
Come check out our beautiful landscaped 4,000 square foot outdoor patio event space. Located in gorgeous Scripps Ranch, centrally located to all of San Diego county! The hourly rental of $175/hr for this patio oasis includes: - 35 outdoor patio tables (29.5" x 23.5") and chairs to seat 105 guests comfortably OR the capacity to fit 350+ guests reception style - AV Package that includes two speakers, two mics, and a 75" flat screen - Two stages - Free parking - Free WiFi - Free restrooms - ADA access - Market lighting & ample power - Access to public transportation At additional costs, you may seat up to 220 guests comfortably with rented tables and chairs, and utilize the six space heaters on site. Certain events may require security dependent on the guest count and parameters. The venue will be cleaned, set up, and ready for clients upon the event date, and clients and outsourced vendors are responsible for their own clean up and returning the venue to its original state. A cleaning fee of $500 may be accrued if the venue is not returned in the condition it was presented in.* MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: There is a two hour minimum and a 48 hour minimum notice to book the space. Guests may cancel an event up to 30 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days prior to the event date and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their booking price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days prior to the event date are not refundable. CATERING SERVICES: The on site vendor, Emjaye Inspired, is the preferred vendor for food service. The venue will consider outsourced vendors if they are fully licensed, insured, and willing to provide necessary certifications. For any approved outsourced vendor, there will be no onsite resources available with the exception of power and limited water supply. Hourly rental fee subject to increase to $250/hourly with outsourced food and beverage vendors. BARTENDING SERVICES: The on site vendor, Emjaye Inspired, is the preferred vendor for beverage service. Options available through Emjaye Inspired include cash bar, partially hosted bar, and fully hosted bar packages. The venue will consider outsourced vendors if they are fully licensed, insured, and willing to provide necessary certifications. Private events in which the client provides alcohol necessitates hiring licensed Emjaye Inspired bartenders. Public events opting for a cash bar MUST used a licensed company willing to provide all aforementioned necessary documentation. *Further details to be detailed out for client upon booking.
