Located at the opening of a vibrant Research Park, our workspace is down the road from diverse busiensses and even more community amenities. With 26 offices, three conference rooms, one training room and ample community space Office Evolution is ideal for team meetings. Office Evolution Charlotte is located in Mallard Creek, only a few minutes off 85 and only 15 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. Mallard Creek boasts a great selection of restaurants like Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Armored Cow Brewing and more. Our Research Park is also surrounded by a diverse mix of businesses, including Fifth Third Bank and Bank of America branches, UPS and more.
