Share 2 hrs from NYC. This location is perfect for horror, thriller or drama type filming or photo shoots. It would also be great for band promotions and/or any obscure projects. This building gives off that haunted warehouse/industrial old building vibe that can only be created from years of abandonment, the pictures speak for themselves, it may even actually BE haunted. It is filled with natural props of yesteryear and gives a very authentic eerie feel for the genres listed. It is a very unique location that can not be duplicated. The building sits on 4.5 acres of mostly wooded land and borders 3000 acres of state land which can also be utilized as well as a stream front 2 acre parcel within 2 miles from this location that is also available free of charge along with this rental.
There is cell service on the property, wifi available 1 mile from location
Very clean and maintained portable restroom will be on location.
Storage tank water will be on location for washing purposes only
Gloves and dust masks will be provided at location
This is a primitive location.
