Situated in Pasadena, roughly 35 minutes from Baltimore and DC, we offer lots of free parking for you and your team. For those who just need a space to rent to take photos, or if you already have all your own video and audio equipment and need a professional backdrop, then this is the best option for you. Someone from our team will be available to arrange studio props, but none of our production equipment will be available in this package. We can also offer certain lighting, audio, and video packages if you need them to assist you with your productions. ​ Minimum 2 hour rental for first time clients. Better deals for clients who book 3 or more consecutive hours in a day.
