At The Unity Studio, we offer an inclusive, uplifting space rooted in sacred principles. Our modern, open-concept venue feels both intimate and cosy, while providing a unique, high-end atmosphere for your special event. Our beautiful entrance welcomes your guests into a full reception area, with an open-concept main floor, an intimate seating area on our upper balcony, plus a private lounge upstairs (extra $250 per rental). The skylights flood the space with natural light and a massive velvet curtain over our south-facing wall creates a natural stage. You have access to a tuned upright piano and a professional sound system - PA (iPhone enabled), cordless microphone, DI Box, and full backline for concerts The space also has a projector and white wall, further allowing you to design and create your own unique event. We offer space for you to gather and lots of room to mingle, with resting and seating zones throughout. The venue includes a full kitchen - dishwasher, stove, range, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. Our laundry room provides a huge artist's sink, and a washer and dryer. It is a modular space, so furnishings may be moved around, but they cannot be fully removed. PLEASE CONSULT VENUE if you plan to MOVE ANY ART WORK or the FRONT DESK. This venue provides an accessible entrance, air conditioning, casual plates and glassware, coat racks, evening parking, banquet chairs (30), front and rear doors, a floor-to-ceiling rolling garage door, front desk, HEPA filter, two gender-neutral single bathrooms (one accessible and one upstairs), and free WiFi. If serving alcohol, clients obtain an SOP from the AGCO website and will need to purchase event insurance from a site like Duuo or PAL. The venue has security guard requirements based on the number of attendees (see below), and security cameras inside and outside the space will be active. Rental Details: 💰 Venue Rental Fee: $300/hour - minimum 4 hour rental 🧼 Cleaning Fee: $240 per rental 🛡️ Security Guard Fee: $255 minimum for 5 hours, $45 each additional hour - 50 to 100 attendees - 1 security guard required - 100 to 150 attendees - 2 security guards required ⌚︎ Rentals can go as late as 2 a.m. and our end of night protocol is: - Last Call at 12:30 a.m. - Lights On/Guests Depart by 1:15 a.m. - Clean Up until 2 a.m. 📩 Serious inquiries only – Contact us to book your event!
