WELCOME EVERYONE to Atrium Lounge. It's a spacious 880 sq. ft versatile venue space. We specialize in hosting ANY and EVERY gathering whether that be a birthday, art gallery, music video, podcast, album launch, engagement party, baby shower or any event. We have: -Three TV's that can play Youtube and live sports etc. -A sound system with two speakers and a sub. -Changing LED lights. -Funky grass wall with neon sign. -9 tables with couches and chairs. ... and more! - WHY US? We're a small business run by three close friends. With an in-depth customer service and hospitality background, we're not only extremely passionate about making sure all events go smoothly but also going above and beyond for you. "Mi Casa, Su Casa." -Create a collaborative work space with colleagues and friends -Bring your own equipment -Put your own designs/ decorations up. -Turn the music loud. -Stay late as you want. We would love it for our guests to come by for an initial visit to assess the viability of the venue. A consultation can take place with a designated event planner to see exactly what you want to achieve. So if you have any inquiry feel free to shoot us a message. We're looking forward to building relationships and friendships with all of our future clients! RULES: Only 18+ can book the space please. DECORATIONS: -Bring in your own decorations and personalize things as you like! -Photo Booths / Backdrops/ Photographers/ Videographers are encouraged! -Strictly no floor decorations. Glitter/ Confetti/ Stickers that can't be taken off etc. SMOKING: -Shisha & Vape products are permitted for smoking inside. -Marijuana is permitted on occasion. (Please request with us first). -We kindly ask you smoke your cigarette's / cigars outside. FOOD & DRINKS: -Outside food and drinks are permitted. -Outside catering is allowed. -We do not provide additional tables, cutlery, plates etc. ALCOHOL : -Only 19+ can consume alcohol on premises please. -For your own serving and consumption, an SEP/SOP (Special Events/Occasion Permit) is needed from government website. -We can provide bottle service and/or a bar (debit/ credit/ cash) at a charge. -If you are planning on selling your own liquor at the event we will discuss a % of profits to be shared. RELOCATION OF ITEMS: -Please relocate any item to how you see fit, but if multiple couches/tables/chairs are needed to be relocated that can't fit in our backroom, we will need relocation assistance. -A storage truck/ van would be required for us to get all items in. This will be a surcharge on top of the your fees as well.
