About the Space

- A Creative Arts Lounge - The newest creative space for artists, dancers, models, and creators. WE OFFER: 1. We come equipped with a uniquely colourful and industrial underground space that is perfect for your next photo and video shoot! (We also have curtains to cover the mirrors, if desired). - Rate $75/ hr - Security Deposit $200 (refundable with no damage) - Cleaning Fee $100 2. And for the performer/ athlete in you, we have an intimate space for dance classes, rehearsals, private lessons, yoga, acting classes, etc. that includes large 6ft tall mirrors! - Rate $35/ hr - Security Deposit $50 (refundable with no damage) - No Cleaning Fee *for recreational rentals we will adjust the security deposit + cleaning fee to reflect what you see indicated above.
