About the Space

The Hangar is 11,000 sq.ft., multi-use event space and location, which can be transformed to fit multiple needs for production designers, producers, directors and event coordinators. The space is closed off to the outside to offer DP's the opportunity to create whatever type of lighting environments they choose. The venue also has a number of tables and chairs for production needs. The event space also has a number of working lights suspended from a limited grid that can be used accordingly. If needed, our on site Audio Visual Engineer can be available to coordinate your in house lighting and sound needs. Rental fees include: - Site rep & security: $1,000.00 (minimum and based on event needs) - Activity permit: $500.00 - Refundable damage deposit: $500.00 - Cleaning fee: $275-500.00 - Filming permit: varies - depends on crew size The Hangar is available for Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/ Film shoots.
