It's often rented out for Weddings, Dance Parties, Quinceaneras/Birthday parties, Repasses, etc. Ideally located in Long Beach near the 710 freeway and PCH, we also have a private bar area available for rent, a large(3,040sqft), open versatile space with a small stage, hardwood floors and with the blank canvas, you can decorate to meet your needs. Separate men's & women's bathrooms are located downstairs. Bring your own catering and/or alcohol for no additional charge. I'll be present, out of sight, during your event to attend to any needs you may have. With easy access, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's the perfect choice for your event.
