Versatile Backyard with Pool

About the Space

Welcome production teams to our highly versatile backyard oasis, featuring a sparkling, generously-sized pool with a depth ranging from 3'5" to 8' as the dynamic centerpiece for water shots. We require guests to bring a professional lifeguard for all water activities, and strongly prefer renters with insurance coverage for the duration of the booking. The property offers multiple distinct staging and break areas, including a terraced turf area with stunning mountain views and several patios with diverse seating, plus a small fireplace with limited wood availability. Please note there are no bathroom facilities available in the backyard area. Due to our residential location, we enforce strict rules against loud music and neighborhood disruption. The premises must be vacated by 10 PM on weekends and 7 PM on weekdays, meaning cleaning and wrap-up must commence one hour prior to the curfew. We maintain a policy of attracting well-behaved adult renters and enforce strict prohibition of loitering on the driveway, street, or neighborhood; please adhere closely to noise and trash guidelines. The space must be left clean and tidy after your wrap; otherwise, a $70 cleaning fee will be applied.
