Nestled along a picturesque riverbank, the property is ideal for summer camp, recreational sports, photo or film shoots and various events, blending natural beauty with urban proximity. Outdoor Spaces: The expansive outdoor area includes multiple turf sports fields (over 40,000 sq. ft), a basketball court complex, tented hockey/pickleball court, and play spaces, perfect for a range of recreational activities or use of a wide open space. can easily be adapted for a range of events or activities. Tents may also be installed on turf if needed. Indoor Areas: Our indoor areas range from a theatre, to smaller classrooms and many options in between. A large theater with high ceilings and a stage can be used for performances or as a practice studio. The theater is also a perfect location for photoshoots. The loft style multi purpose room is located on the second floor and its many windows overlook the river. There are smaller, versatile rooms throughout the property, ideal for workshops, arts and crafts, or breakout sessions during camps and events. These rooms can be quickly converted into classrooms, meeting spaces, or lounge areas, depending on the project or event requirements. Recreational Amenities: The venue includes locker rooms and equipment storage to support both casual and competitive sports. A tented pavilion can be used for sports such as hockey or pickleball or transformed for film shoots, large scale events and more.
