About the Space

Located on Southend seafront opposite to a theme park. It is a modern, circular shape building with floor to ceiling big windows in front. It is located on a ground level and easily accessible for wheelchairs. The interiors are modern and minimalistic with art work on display. Outside the venue there are two large graffiti murals that there were painted recently as a part on an international graffiti festival. Twenty One is a multipurpose community hub and a cafe, music venue and art exhibition space. There is a digital sound system, lighting system, stage, large screen and projector. The venue owns number of musical equipment: keyboard, drum kit, mics, leads, smoke machine etc. The venue is open as a cafe/ bar on regular basis. It has a well stocked bar and kitchen- serving pizzas as signature meal. All the furniture is easily movable to make the floor accessible for various events.
