Parties!!!! Weddings! Wedding Receptions, Brand and Influencer Events, Film and Photo shoots, Adult content shoots (pun intended,) Birthday parties, or just a Dayger (day rager, it's a thing,) blah blah blah ~ this place does it all!! ***Price drops considerably for film and photo because its not a party with mass alcohol consumption :) In true Los Angeles/Hollywood tradition, the venue will introduce itself in a third person humble brag, having been featured in Angeleno Magazine, Henry Jaglom's feature film The M Word (youtube the trailer), and Kehlani's new music video "Ur best friend," on Youtube now. The house hosted a charity benefit dining event, spotlighting four of Los Angeles' Best Chefs; Suzanne Goin, Susan Feniger, Mary Sue Milliken, and Akasha Richmond all cooking on the same stove! Besides that, this space has hosted numerous Weddings, Reception Celebrations, Birthday extravaganza's, and soirees for LBGTQIA and everyone else who is open minded and joyous! We get it, the Venue is primed to be shot if film is your thing. The indoor/outdoor floor plan will have you wanting to order a cocktail, cruise around, and lounge on every bed and bath, of which there are many. The architecture is pure Spanish architect Gaudi, all swerve-y and curvy, no right angles - yet all so right! The Giant house - features spacious 18 foot ceilings, A sizzling open plan chefs kitchen, a ginormous custom bed, two massive custom barn doors opening to an elegant yard, an oversized Skybar-esque custom bed, couch and fire pit. The second house, referred to unpretentiously as the Hobbit, is a human sized version with cozy nooks, couches, bed and cubbies for chilling and socializing.
