About the Space
Charming bohemian Venice Beach House (two) bedroom house with a huge rustic and unique backyard. The space showcases a wood burning pizza oven, an outdoor Bar, a Beach Love Shack, surrounded by sand, and it includes both a 1950 Royal Mansion Spartan / Airstream vintage trailer in mint condition. (time capsule) Many props are on the property, such as famous designer mid century furniture and accessories from Denmark, Italy and USA, Surfboards and bicycles, owner also has a vintage Yamaha cafe racer, a classic vespa, off road motorcycles he can rent for additional fee (please inquire if interested). The house is located (one) block from Abbot Kinney and (four) blocks from the Beach. Different rates apply for the type of job. Still photography, B-roll, filming, television (all different rates) please ask for custom rates. There is a $200 fee for tech scout Please inquire for rates on larger impact jobs and include and the following details about your project.
