About the Space

Built in 1898 by the Sepulveda family, this 2,500 square foot beach house has been brought back to it’s former glory. Situated on one of the best walk streets in Venice, this house is 50 feet from the sand. There is a brand new ancillary building that has a guest house/media room and roof top deck with views from the beach to downtown. The large garage is a perfect staging area. There is a giant parking lot on the beach two blocks from the house for overflow parking. Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.
