This property sits on 1/2 an acre 10 minutes from the famed Las Vegas Strip. You drive up it's large horseshoe driveway and see this beautiful Midcentury Mansion designed right out of the books of legendary home designer Frank Lloyd Wright. You see two tower sandstone chimney's with it's one of a kind angled peak roof.
You walk in and see the classic Tropicana sunken living room with original pieces from a Las Vegas gone by. There is 3 living rooms to choose from 2 with sandstone fireplaces. You look up and see the floating staircase to the 2nd level which looks over the living room and leads to the master bedrooms upstairs.
We have an office and the boasts Jerry Lewis' desk where he himself wrote his biography. Large dining area and kitchen lead out to a beautiful garden and patio where you can see the other half an acre of land. You can walk around the 8 foot deep midcentury shaped pool with tiki bar and sitting area. Across the yard there is a daybed, hammock, small tents and river rock fireplace that seats up to 12 people around it.
You can go up the spiral staircase to the 2nd level balcony which looks over the backyard, or come back inside and go up our floating staircase to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. One is our 2nd master bedroom called the Jerry Lewis Room as the room has Jerry Lewis's bedroom set exactly as he had it laid out in his scotch 80's home here in Vegas. Our next bedroom is the smallest and we call that the Debbie Reynolds room which boasts many of her personal its and movie posters along with Orsen Wells personal chair. Then we get to the Grand Master bedroom which has it's own private balcony, sitting area and fireplace with wrap around balcony where you can see the whole Las Vegas strip and surround neighborhood.
This place is Las Vegas captured in a bottle.
