About the Space

A vast 26,000-square-foot warehouse at a working waterfront, built for large-scale film, photo, commercial, music-video, performance, and constructed-set work. The largely open interior offers long sightlines, aged timber posts and trusses, dark plank walls, a worn concrete floor, and approximately 20- to 25-foot ceilings. Existing bistro lights, fabric draping, industrial fixtures, colored uplights, and high daylight openings add atmosphere while preserving the raw warehouse character. Giant barn/loading doors and a rear loading dock with ramp can support substantial production logistics, subject to access and measurement approval. The space may be requested seven days a week at any hour, with Monday through Thursday preferred. Weekend bookings are reviewed according to crew size, vehicles, and activity elsewhere on the property. Overnight use requires onsite security. The base rental covers only the approved warehouse footprint. Exterior areas, parking or basecamp, adjacent tenant spaces, marketplace, bar, and other parts of the property are not included unless specified in writing. Restrooms, power, rigging, vehicle access, current contents, and any clearing or reset plan are confirmed for each booking.
