Micro-distillery with a cool, industrial-style tasting room for handcrafted spirits. Our unique operational space is divided into a combined distilling production area, distillery cocktail lounge and retail store. Inside the production area is our 300L aged-old copper pot. Lovely long tables inside and patio seating as well.
As Ginsmiths, our vision has always been to produce premium handcrafted gins and botanical spirits rooted in a passion for following traditional distillation practices in small batches.
Each batch brings together 100% Canadian grain-based alcohol and a range of organic and natural ingredients, including locally foraged botanicals. Our fresh, organic, natural ingredients are hand-picked by a network of expert wild foragers in the local mountains or from select sources around the world. Even the water we use is sourced from British Columbia’s pristine Coast Mountain Range.
