About the Space

Our property is the perfect spot for photo shoots, interviews, films, music videos and music production located in Valley Glen (Between North Hollywood and Studio City). It is in a cul de sac the front yard surrounded by fruit trees with a lot of free street parking and we have a wide driveway that allows for a production truck to back into to unload. The backyard has a few fruit trees but allow for tent, table and chair setups. Production crews will enjoy free street parking, easy access from the driveway, and excellent front and backyard areas for shooting. The property has 2 large living rooms as well as a large 3rd space that can be dressed up as a living room or as a holding space, for makeup or catering. One living room is bright with natural sunlight with walls of windows all facing out to the pool (windows can and have been blacked out if needed) and the other is muted lighting when the drapes are closed. There is also a long hallway inside the property that can be used uniquely for filming. There is a small recording studio and a pool table. The inside flows seamlessly into the oasis-like backyard.
