About the Space

This 31,000 square foot creative space is perfect for short and long-term production projects. No events allowed. It is extremely flexible with an industrial look. An open floor plan provides you with creative freedom and range to use the space for a variety of purposes. The space also includes a 2-foot-high vintage stage. The facility itself is 31,000 square feet of eclectic space, sitting on 3 acres of beautiful, green outdoor space at your disposal. IMPORTANT NOTES: Power within the building is limited. If your production needs to plug in a lot of video equipment and lights, then we recommend renting a generator. Also, there is no running water on site, and therefore no restrooms. If your rental period is over 8 hours, we highly recommend renting a porta potty.
