Rental of the space includes: rolling white board, LED screen, lounge furniture - couch, chair, coffee table, regular meeting tables, 2 high top tables, kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ovens, outdoor patio, and private restroom that can accommodate one person. Access to a freight elevator is included with your booking and it is ADA accessible. Indoor space is: 1238sq ft Outdoor space is: 600sq ft Dec-Feb has unpredictable weather so do not plan for outdoor bookings during this time frame.
