Beautiful and vibrant outdoor space with Mediterranean flare. Lush greenery, floor fountain, outdoor claw-foot tub, outdoor shower and gas fire pit with lounge area, this space is ideal for photo or video shoots. Can also be used for outdoor private parties including baby shower, bridal shower, and intimate backyard gatherings. A tree swing and multicolored Moroccan lights hanging from the bright pink bougainvillea transport you to an urban oasis. A fully soundproofed recording studio space built into the back unit is perfect for musicians or artists. Please note, the recording studio does not include equipment, so that will need to be brought in or rented separately.
