The mechanic shop turned art gallery serves as 860 sq.ft. of space with 72 linear feet of display walls - perfect for art shows, yoga and sip & paints Backyard Patio is 1,600 sq.ft. perfect for hosting a beautiful dinner event, mixer or movie night under the stars surrounded by solar twinkle lights & adjacent organic garden (perfect for Sound Baths) Rooftop Deck on top of shipping container is perfect for drinks, conversation, or a romantic meal under the stars with acres of green foliage - a surprising 360 sq.ft. oasis in the heart of the city & skyline views We are an art gallery, indoor/outdoor event and multi-use space with a community organic garden located in Capitol View – only 2 blocks from the Oakland City Marta Station and ½ mile from the Atlanta Beltline. This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings – business/product launches, art shows, pop-up shops, off site trainings, filming/photo shoots, yoga, meditation & sound baths, brunches, showers, book launches, fashion shows, Sip & Paints, Self-tapings, Proposals, Rooftop Sunset Happy Hours and intimate celebrations. Bluetooth speakers in the space that allow streaming for various music apps (Sound Cloud, Apple, Spotify, Sonos, etc) NO EXCEPTIONS - Set up and break down/clean up time must be included in your booking. All food and beverages must be removed by end of booking. Outside catering vendors are allowed. “Prep kitchen only” for dining events – full cooking is not permissible (you can park a food truck out front in parking area if desired). Furniture can be moved around but not moved off of property, but must ask for permission first. Equipment/accessories, decor and all personal items brought in must be removed from restroom and event space by end of booking. Art gallery permanent walls should not be touched for any reason. Temporary/mobile art gallery walls shall be free of all décor, signage, balloons etc. by end of booking – no holes of any kind to be made in the art gallery walls. Evening events with more than 50 people will require hired security. Any event of 100+ people must have security, no matter the time of day. Although we allow alcohol to be responsibly served but not sold. We do not have a liquor license. It is your responsibility to obtain what you need to make your event in compliance. However, to have alcohol on premise you must pay a $100 corkage fee. We are a commercially zoned property (former mechanic shop) situated in a predominantly residential neighborhood; therefore, we abide by the City of Atlanta noise ordinances – no loud music after 10 pm (it must be at a reasonable level out of respect for the community we live in & serve)
