About the Space
This light-filled, eclectic space is ideal for content creation, photography or film shoots, interviews, or daytime events in a cozy, home-like setting. The large west-facing windows drench the space in natural light, both direct and indirect, making it wonderful for photos and video. This is my personal home where I live and use as an art studio, which can be used to your advantage if you are looking for a space that is well-curated, yet somewhat lived in, as shown in the photos. You are welcome to move some furniture around and bring props. No furniture or props can be stored in the hallway, however, if you have a storage solution for my furniture, I am willing to allow for items to be moved in and out to suit your needs and vision. This will require a deposit. Please note there is no A/C in the unit, but a fan is provided when the weather is hot. I am excited to work with you to figure out how to make my space work for your creative needs!

It was PERFECT and I captured my content BEAUTIFULLY in this space! All the details in this studio are so unique and the interior design is very well thought out, with one of a kind pieces. The high ceilings, and natural light you get in this space is unmatched. Aura is incredibly accommodating, clear and communicative - she is genuinely an amazing creative and artist herself, which truly translates into this place. Also a side note, her place SMELLS SO GOOD!! Loved everything about it, and I can't wait to book it again for my next shoot.

This my second production booking for Aura's loft rental and I highly recommend the space. As mentioned before it's larger in-person which is a nice bonus and the decor is stunning with real vintage pieces. The communication was great as before, thanks again Aura!

Aura's space is fantastic. We hosted our small web series shoot here and it was the perfect setting to convey the scene we wanted. Really helpful that the building has a freight elevator for loading in as well. Aura was a great host - VERY responsive and accommodating. She helped us promptly with any issues we had and was flexible to changes to our booking. Only notes for future renters are that many tenants of the building are sensitive to filming activity, so be mindful of the size of your group and don't linger in hallways for long. All in all, we'd definitely come back here.

Rented for personal content creation and I couldn’t speak more highly of this space. The owner of the space has such incredible attention to detail and artistic taste, that every piece of art and furniture felt specially curated. I know the videos are going to come out great! Plus the owner made renting easy and her communication removed a lot of the stress I usually feel.

10/10 experience. I've booked a lot of locations for various filming projects and this space had everything you could hope for. The loft itself looks exactly as pictured with a ton of natural light, and there's more than enough room for equipment and crew if you need. Aura was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience feel super simple and stress free.

I booked this space for a last-minute shoot for some promotional photos for my work as an artist. The space was gorgeous, absolutely spotless and even bigger than it seems in the photos. Although the building is a bit complicated to navigate, Aura’s entry and exit instructions were very helpful and made for a seamless experience. Would highly recommend and will book again!

Filming here was great. We shot a few scenes for an indie feature. It’s exactly as advertised. The furniture is stunning and there was a great amount of natural light from a gorgeous window that we were able to cover with a 12x12 to also shoot day for night. Aura is a great host and made everything easy!
