Tucked away in a lofted urban space, we deliver a unique setting for private gatherings - whether you're celebrating a birthday, hosting a baby shower, planning a corporate lunch, or organizing a creative team-building session. Fun fact about our space: The pilot episode of The Bear was filmed here, and our kitchen was used as the model for the kitchen in the remaining episodes. Trogo's private events are powered by a dynamic, intergenerational chef collective. Chief Flavor Officer Lolita Sereleas leads the culinary experience, adding a Mediterranean, plant-forward touch rooted in her Greek heritage and classical training. Alongside Lolita, Loft features a rotating group of in-house chefs, including a dedicated vegan chef and former culinary instructors, whose diverse backgrounds and specialties bring creativity and depth to each menu. Founder Cian O’Mahony, a dedicated pitmaster celebrated for his slow-roasted pork and the best souvlaki west of Athens, grounds the business with a strong commitment to sustainability, sourcing ingredients from Loft’s onsite urban micro-farm.
